The client initially wanted a more oversized kitchen; after many drafts, we suggested adding 400 Sqft to the backyard, moving the kitchen to that corner, and opening the space up. Also, the project got extended to remodel the entire house fully. This was also an addition/remodeling into an existing detached one-story single-family home. The construction work, which was done, was construction of exterior walls, partitions, doors & windows, and construction of roofs & ceilings.
